Medical Services are available to individuals who are receiving Blick Center residential services. Our Primary Care Physician performs yearly physicals, sick and wellness exams. If you are in need of additional accommodations, please discuss this with your provider. Of cases result in a potential diagnosis change or recommended treatment plan modification. Due to the high amount of respiratory illness including COVID, RSV and influenza, we require masks within our clinics. We offer rapid PCR testing at all locations for COVID, influenza A & B, RSV and strep.

MyChart access is permitted only to authorized users who have been verified through an activation process. Users have a unique username and password that is known only to them. MyChart is also compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to patient privacy.
